One is shouting aloud, accusing, hurting.. the other has nothing to say, or so she chooses!! His every word, every action, every gesture, every look.. like bullets.. piercing her, and she dies a little inside with each one!!
But she wont let him break her completely, she will rise, she rises!! Coz yes.. she has nothing to lose now!! She has heard him, his judgement, his low opinion of her, his taunts, his mockery!! He has already made up his mind, not once bothering to probe into the matter, asking her before judging!! She is aghast, hurt, pained but not willing to change any of it!! Its just not worth it!!
So fire away Mr Raizada.. its only you who will fall into an abyss of repentance, sorrow and guilt later when you know the entire truth!! So rightly said Kalpana..!! The parent card though used to goading her into reaction, will make him repent more later!!
And yes.. he faltered in his trust, she never did!! What a precise, pointed and impactful way to put it!!
