I promised myself I will wait till Monday to see how today's episode continues, but couldn't stop myself.. 😳

At the first glance, today's episode may have looked light, but it had a very dark side to it..

Blame the CVs for having given it this way -, but the truth of the matter is that KKG who prepared jalebis in the 3rd or 4th episode, because her parents were upset with her for ruining Payal's wedding, the girl who threw the resignation at his face - stating heatedly that her life was more precious than the Contract amount of 1 lakh - today decided to do the unthinkable.. Though done with a certain lightness - which blew out the depth of her hurt - she has basically decided to end her life - The reason is a bad understanding behind the reason of the 6 month wedding..

It was a terrace scene in RM, where he witnessed her with a hug with Shyam - misunderstood her and decided to control the situation by marrying her - Khushi Kumari Gupta becoming the collateral damage.. He punished the one he loved, the one he was about to confess his love to...and he punished her by laying upon her the 6 month wedding...

All said and done - the 6 month wedding has pushed KKG into this level of thinking - to end her life.. Yet another terrace scene (from the precap-SBB), where his love whom he has punished has decided to end her life - his love deciding to go beyond his reach forever - he being the reason behind it all -

What kind of emotions is going to play in this man.. Even before he realized his love, - after he had sent her away after the work in RM was over - he went rushing to her because he realized he hurt her hand.. (bandage engagement).. In the process of realizing her love, when he saw an ambulance and broken bangles - he misunderstood that she could have been hurt - he felt somebody took the breath away from him... How is going to feel his love putting her life in danger because of him.. How would he feel when he realizes how much hurt he has caused her - the indirect reason - the lady who threw the resignation on his face - is now the one who has decided to put an end to her life..

Yet another turning point in his life.. Expecting very intense and gripping moment next week..

Shuba, TGIF. Great post as usual.
KKG contemplating suicide just shows what an all time low the trust that Khushi has on Arnav has hit. Arnav has no idea that his actions, blowing hot and cold has totally confused, broken her, making her take such a drastic decision. He is going to be blown apart when Khushi reveals what she was planning to do. He needs this to realize what effect his decision and behavior has caused her. The shock is going to be even more than his mom's suicide news because he was not responsible for that, but he is totally responsible for what Khushi is doing.
I am so ready for the intense drama, high time to bring it on!

Subha... like I said, haven't watched the episode.

About the intense moment from Arnav side next week... I think we might see a repeat of "what if I had lost you" kinda scene... to which Khushi might say something like " aapko kya farak padta hai?" to which he will say " haan, farak padta hai" but he won't finish...

Okay, jokes aside, the coming week has a great potential to turn the story around for good!
Suicide of hate track and birth of love track... too much to ask? too early? we just have to wait to find out!

hey dear..the episode was light... but i don't know i felt a tinge of sadness the way khushi reacted to the TV news and the WILL scene. It is not mere OTT. Since we already know that next week khushi is gonna know the truth, i felt as if it is the preparation before the final blow comes hard. May be next week we may see a khushi who is completely devastated and torn. The accusations she is gonna face is not simple. My hunch is that the OTT is exaggerated to the extreme and next week.. blimey we may hit with a tornado.. Fingers crossed.

Coming to your point, khushi and Suicide! How will those words come together? She is an eternal optimist! isn't it? And how can you forget the speech she gave to ASR after GH incident? The girl who values and respect life can not simply make this decision! Arguably she is depressed to the core. But CVs missed the train here. As a normal viewer I don't know that. I am not convinced of that fact that she is so depressed. 😕. So bottom line, whatever scenario they cooked up to break the ASR mask is not convincing!

Anyway jo hua so hua... Now what. Arnav is gonna be a wreck next week! She might be a light and shallow in emotions. But hye is deep. I would not wonder if he slaps her for this antic. Hopefully we don't get the addora...farak padta hai kyonki... dialogue. I am done with that. Arnav will be angry for sure. But I think next week more than arnav it is gonna be khushi's week. Khushi is gonna know the truth so gonna be her week. i guess.

hey you know what, since the arrival to the GH, they have been building to this suicide thing. That's why Arnav brought up his mum, when he said his mum died. I really hope it will be high voltage drama from Monday, I want my lioness Khushi back not this defeated one!

It will be a crashing blow, a cruel reality check- the pain,guilt ,regret all rolled into one. If Khushi's conversation with her mother gave him sleepless nights...imagine what this will do... We will all feel for Arnav Singh Raizada...it will be poignantly brought out on screen like before. He was the punisher but we could feel the pain that whipped his heart with each punishment he inflicted on Khushi... he is a lucky character to evoke empathy while being the harbinger of destruction.

Khushi who rightfully deserves utmost compassion has been unlucky in this aspect. She has been hit with a tornado of life altering incident...which has uprooted everything that she held on to. The feeling of the earth slipping under your feet is scary. We often experience that on a sea beach but our mind reassures, it is just a physical sensation and nothing more. If it happens to one in reality and the mind has no assurance for it... the feeling of void ,loneliness and being vulnerable in one clean swoop is non- describable in words. . It takes every iota of strength in you to go on as before. The experience leaves an indelible mark forever which lightens with time.But you are never the same ...you never can be.

This portrayal I find missing in Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada... a girl who is supposedly going through it all. With the added burden of hiding the inner turmoil and putting up a show of normalcy for everyone.She can have a smile on her face but she cannot be a buffoon...whether 18 or 23. Her life shattering experience will see to it... She can think of ending her life on a trifle issue...very logical but the context on which she tried to do it today belittled the gravity of the affair itself .

Next week when another of life's debacle hits her ... her tears will be devoid of the connect unlike ASR as his path to it has not been overshadowed with slapstick inane comedy unlike her.

Thanks for spreading some positivity around the forum as god know it is really needed.

You may look at the glass half full vs half empty but the bottom line is if I need to get on a forum and need someones help me understand "What the hell was that ?" then I think the makers of the show are not doing a great job. You and me are regular people who understand regular emotions and also delving into deeper layers of the characters of this show.I for some raeson am unable to connect with Khushi at any level since the day she has got married.

So are we saying that Khushi is on the edge of deperation or lunacy now that she is trying to find answers for the reason of her marriage by listening to a TV show , deducing that her husband wants to kill her and much better save him the trouble hence do it on my own ? This is so beyond logic ?

Arnav will leave her in 3 months anyway so how does it matter if she is living or dead . What is the CVs thought pprocess I am not understanding. If this is a filler for Sanaya's absence then why start a Sanaya centric track where you need her and concentarte on another track.

, I also tried to explain this to myself differently. Khushi used the SUCIDE trick to get PayAsh together so maybe she think it will lead Arnie to spill the beans . Another thought was that Arnie only responds to fear of loss of Khushi hence maybe this is her way of recreating the Heer-Ranjha scene to get answers...whatever ... I am just not able to get it in my head.

Also Shubha I had great exepectations of the GH visit. Some have been met like Arnie bonding with the ladies, some golguppa romance, ArHi on the same bed and most importantly Khushi seeing Arnie living among common people but most of all I had wanted Khushi on her falling in love track which is so not happening... There maybe a few more hours remaining on her maika trip but the hope is dim.

No special hopes on the revelation as well. With Barun now getting ready for his movie role we will see more BDs and hackneyed story line to accomodate for his absence...not liking where we are ATM
