No way no slap for arnav.slap is only for shyam which he should get soon from khusi and arnav both.
whatever arnav did marrying khusi like that was wrong but the way he saw shyam and khusi in terracee he was so shocked man I mean the girl he love with his jija and his di pregnant he was in total mess the way he was broken in middle of road his mind was in full spin.that's why he only thought about his pregnant sis and took that step which was offcourse painfull for khusi and arnav both.
Arnav was about to confess his love to khusi they were not in a relationship so the trust was not between them and khusi had a relation with shyam which is true and arnav don't know about it so it's not a surprise for arnav to think shyam and khusi have some relation that was mu which anyone could have.so he chose to do something for his di so that she won't get hurt.offcourse marrying her that way was not right but he took it in hurry his mind was totally blank at that time and you see he feels guilty for it when he realised how it affected khusi's dreams.he does mistakes in anger but when he relises it he really regrets.
As for my view the asr who was in the starting of the show deserved slap from khusi but not this one who is trapped in mu and in as much pain as khusi.well khusi will be heartbroken after hearing the reason but she shouldn't be surprise coz she was engaed to shyam and arnav doesn't know anything about how shyam cheated
