She cares...glad you made a post...this was a positive side to y'day episode...I think Arnav realizes this and hence decided not to react with wrapper...he did doubt her with file but was proved wrong so deep down he is TRYING to give her benefit of doubt with Shyam even though the scene that keeps repeating in his head clouds his judgement/he reacts with anger

Another one was, when she says the guests are outright insulting people and he is supporting them...he realizes what she is doing/why and is supportive of what she is doing, doesnt want people to insult her but did not admit it to Khushi and goes behind her back to to take care of it his own subtle way

Khushi never catches ASR's subtle caring for Khushi it all needs to be spelled out, loud...
