Shenaz Treasurywala - is she really popular hot and happening actress/anchor hostess? Not seen much of her except in Delhi Belly - not much of a role? She worked in US daily show is it?

Working with Adeeb Rais, Shenaz and Kavi will bring a change in Barun, lots of learning, may even open new avenues...

They are young bunch of people. I liked their short film they made for Tata Housing and released it on Youtube it was really quirky which btw garnered 1 million hits in 3 days. This movie is their first bollywood venture!

Btw they asked how excited we are to see Barun on FB 😆

I strongly feel he will like Shah Rukh in Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa...he will be really good in such naughty non serious scenes...i feel that coz of his hair LOL...he is keeping it longish and wavy in the movie to suit a boyish kind of role!
Hope though the girl picks him in the movie though i dont think that also will happen...
Any clues on the story line or Barun's character sketch?!

Barun looks so young n boyish naa? No wonder they gel his hair n keep that stuble for ASR look. Otherwise, With this boyish charm, he can easily play the younger brother to anyone in the Ipkknd. Ofcourse not to Bubly..

s it true that you have taken a break from your TV show Iss PyarKo Kya Naam Doon to shoot for a film?
Well, I am doing a film Main Aur Mr Right but I haven't exactly taken a break from my TV show. I will be juggling between the show and the film shoot.

Like many TV actors earlier, will you also concentrate on films once this show is over?
That's something I haven't taken a call yet. It's true that many small-screen actors have tried to make a transition from TV to films but not all have been successful. Everything depends on the fate of the film and his/her own destiny. I am hoping for the best but for the next six months I will be devoting my time to the film and the serial. Whether I will continue with TV or not will be decided only after my film releases.

You gained immense popularity with this show. Would you say this has been a turning point now that you have bagged a film?
Yes, the show has rated pretty well on the ratings chart since its launch and I am happy. However, the show that got me recognition was Baat HamariPakki, in which I played a fearless, happy-go-lucky guy. In fact, I identify with that role too. If not for that, I don't think I would have got this serial.

People are talking about your chemistry with the lead girl Sanaya Irani. What is your equation with her?
(Smiles) We got along very well. In fact, the entire unit is well-knit!
