Yes, if CVs clarify this, it would be more clear... but it could also be that they may not clarify. It could be that they do not consider the relation between Payal and Preeto such an important matter... Its like we have seenso many of Gupta neighbours in this track who interacted with Arnav and Khushi. But we don't know who they really are and what are their names... all we know is that they are neighbours and that is all that is important in the story.. In the same way, Preeto is not a very important character.. and so acc to story, clarifying this small matter might be very insignificant and probably not needed..

And neither the Guptas nor Preeto's mother were able to openly suggest this... It was Khushi who did so...it could be because of her helpful nature and also because Preeto is her friend.

The wedding track is imp.. no doubt. But Preeto as a character and most importantly her equation with Payal may not be as important.

I still feel Guptas and Preeto's family are just friendly neighbours (where only Khushi and Preeto are friends). And since the wedding is happening in the neighbourhood, and the Guptas being neighbours are invited. But going all the way to invite a neighbour's daughter is quite unlikely..And that too going all the way to RM to invite her or dispatching a separate invitation card... esp if they are not that close with Payal..

CVs have too many things to manage and juggle, with their main leads multitasking so much - lol, so its possible they forgot 😲
