I have some Questions... Kindly Answer

This has been going on in my mind for a very long time
Before ArHi got married, they were always attracted towards each other 'physically'.. The gestures of Arnav in 'Teri-Meri' sequence, The Mehndi day's poolside peck.. everything said the same...
But now they are togather all the time... But that 'friction' is missing... What in the world made Arnav turn into a 'Swami'? 😆
Agar aise hi chalta raha toh SR sapna banke reh jaayega 😕😡
Arnav's will has no mention of Nani, Mama-Mami or Akash
1. Doesn't Nani own anything here?
2. Doesn't Arnav own everything in RM? IF yes then what will happen to the rest of the people? Willn't mami dies of heart attack the moment she read the will? 😆

No answers to the first part... have to wait for bitwa to answer it himself 😆

About the will, I am guessing Nani has her own Raizada property and mama-mami, Akash will be heirs to that.

Whatever Arnav owns, is self made.

No such contracts are valid in india for marriage i guess... isn't straight.. marriage and diverse?

Any one around here who knows about it?

Contract Marriage are valid and the Min period is 1 year !!

I don't think its valid in india... forget religion specific marriage act...they don't support it at all..
But in special marriage act also., there is no term called contract. You can get a divorce after 1 year if thats what you meant by contract. Either way its simple marriage and divorce. No contract i guess

it is valid in India and is quite prevalent in Chennai..there was an expose on that issue in a investigative magazine 4 years back .. it was part of Special marriage act..donno whether it has been rectified or nulled..

Here is one answer I found

Marriages solemnised under the Special Marriage Act,1954 are the marriages which you can call contract marriage where both the parties to the marriage should be adult i.e. girl 18years & boy 21 years, both the parties should be of sound mind & not related to each other and both of them should not be having living spouse i.e. not married at the time of marriage. Such marriage is solominised before the marriage registrar of the area where both or anyones of the person resides, in presences of 3 witnesses. No other religous requirment is necessary in such marriage i.e. the parties to such marriage can be of any religion/caste /or creed. Any such marriage under the said Act is the only one that allows the Divorce between the parties by mutual consent but only if they are living seperately from each other for more then 1 year i.e. they can get divorce at will but only after 1 year. All these provisions in the said Act one can say such marriage as some what contract marriage if not actual contract marriage.

Love in the time of MU. Sweetly tantalizing. The love has found its way back into arnav and khushi's hearts and the happy festivities in the outer world is reflective of the happiness encroaching their own inner universe. The little gestures of care and concern filled with tenderness is yielding magic. The newly weds have started enjoying their marriage ( the sham and shyam factor taking a backseat). Their smile acknowledged that.

Hubby shines at the tests wifey puts him through. She is impressed. She to had become the bright ray of hope washing away the unhappiness at RM post the secret marriage . Hubby is just returning the favor.

The friendly dependable damad becomes the neighbourhood star fixer. Warming up to fix the hurt he has given to his beloved Khushi. But this ain't an easy fix Arnie baby... so better sharpen up your skills.😉

Buaji drops the pearls of wisdom to help arnav understand Khushi ( reminds me of Anjali Khushi sequence a few episodes back). The intended good advice goes unheeded. Arnav and khushi needs an ASAP course in listening skills.

Finally kissa keys shyam and file ka reaches its climax -The will which emboldens the will of shyam bitwa to strike with his villainy on the unsuspecting Raizadas.

The marriage is for keeps track is headed towards its major turning point. Arnav's two fold learning of the sanctity of the institution of marriage and about his better half continues in all earnest. How good has he been as a learner the upcoming test prepared by Shyam Manohar Jha will let us know. Till then let him cram up all that he can with rabba veys as the incentive.

Khushi is also doing her share of learning about her bitter but better half- Arnav Singh Raizada. Soon she will be opening the chapter on distrust of her character by Arnav. It will shock and hurt her beyond what she has felt before.

But the montage of Iss Pyar Ko.. assure me that even though she might want to break free from the contract marriage, the saat janmon ka bandhan will bring her back to Arnav quite fast to strengthen their relationship further.

@ Anna loved your take on today's episode.

Awaiting for other reduxians to update.

Edited:
Shreya & vasiraju- loved the poetry;Nia liked journey of the file u traced
Arhimaniac- loved the kite runner verse and the link to Anjali a nice perspective. Foretelling of future shyam's repentance- deceptive or real up for speculation ...
mommamia- true lots of possibilities hope it does not disappoint.
Doods- Just one word on the minitracks- "durdanto"

The Montage keeps us Happy too !!😃

Liked the way u shared ur thoughts 😃

No. Not valid. I mean the term contract marriage is not valid. confirmed with a friend. If you wanna get married for 1 year... special marriage act and then get a divorce.
I think Live in also is fine. Recently there was a verdict on Live in realtionship lady gets the wife status and all those..

I knew a little more details... cuz for my marriage ..i did few R and D...😉
