I dont think everything is going to come out yet. I am still banking on Shyam to gloat either to her or Arnav for them to understand everything clearly.

But you see apart from the 'chot' dialogue, there were other instances when he said ' i know where you want to be' on the SR night, then 'ye shaadi maine kisi ki zindagi bachane ke liye ki' etc. But of course, all these are relevant statements only if CVs meant them to be!
