New Entry = Guestroom = ASR Telling the Truth!

At first glance, it seems like Khushi will use the guest to irritate ASR even more. We thought the same yesterday that Khushi was annoying him in the precap. However, we see Arnav bonding with Guptas. We see Khushi noticing and appreciating his care for her family. We see some emotional ArHi scenes as well. This is all setting up the stage for the truth to be revealed to both Arnav and Khushi and how it effects their relationships with the Guptas.

Also, the next promo shows Arnav telling Khushi why he married her. Considering all this, it seems ridiculous that they would bring in another character for a couple of epis just to annoy Arnav when he has to tell her the truth within the next three epis. Arnav is always in control. Something must have happened so his control slipped and the truth came out.

Where is this new guest going to stay? In the guestroom.
Who was staying there previously that Arnav knows about? Shaym aka Khushi's fiance
How is Arnav going to find out? Seeing the guestroom might jog his memory, or someone might mention Shaym's name in passing
Is that going to make Arnav lose control and blurt out the truth? Oh yes, if it adds to his misunderstanding or makes him confused, he will blurt it out.

So, the stage is being set for Arnav to lost his cool and tell Khushi the truth by the end of this week.

Oooh very good theory!!! I actually had another theory (assuming that the guest was only for one night, that Arnav and Khushi would sleep outside under the stars). But, I think your theory actually makes a lot of sense given the upcoming plot.

I agree...something drastic should happen for Arnav to blurt out the truth...the PG could be that trigger...PG-Khushi-Shyam=enraged ASR
