Anjali's pregnancy- A doubt

I have a seen a spoiler picture of ASR with flower decorations behind him (courtesy Naddia). People are taking about marriage celebrations. May be it is not marriage. May be it is related to Anjali's Babyshower function.

Dont you guys think that Arnav's family should think about celebrating Anjali's baby shower. Assumed if she was 2-3 month pregnant during Arhi's marriage, so now she should be atleast 5-6 month right. In some indian communities, baby shower is usually celebrated after 5 months.

Any thoughts on this?

baby shower is usually in the 6/7 or 8th month...the woman has her baby bump by then...an right now, its just been 3 months for Anjali..(as per the serial)...

Anjali pregnancy seems very strange and fake. The CVs need to put some more emphasis on this. Because, this was the main reason behind this fake wedding.

I believe that this is the twist in the story of IPKKND. That in fact Anjali had heard Arnav confessing to her and she is actually not pregnant. She said that to preserve her marriage.
