Who would help another to bath? Only if one is helpless and needs to depend on the other'In the same way, Arnav was dependent on Kushi (on her love which is his strength to face Shyam every waking day of his life) and here she fulfills his wish. Like you said, this is a model of the future track. She will let herself (water) clear the layers of misunderstandings on him (soap on Body) until finally a time will come when she has to strip of his very mask behind which he has always content hiding the "real" Arnav with his "real feelings". But when he realizes what has happened and where they now stand, he will be distraught and at a loss at how to proceed. However, before they depart, she will be reminded there is something she has not told him because there is soap near his ears and she (water) will be led to clear it off or, in other words, tell him that last piece of truth, before they separate'.
