Yes I am sure arnav will doubt khusi for the file issue coz his wallet was with khusi and she took him to gupta house for so many day's shyam has enough time to get file,and this time thing will start getting better between them but as soon as they reach raijada mansion file issue will make arnav think that khusi was doing natak till this time of showing care for him and might blame her that she can go to anyextent for money and is having affair with married man,and this time khusi will leave him and won't forgive easily.after this khusi's father will reveal shyam's truth and arnav regreting and apolosising but it won't be easy,
