For example, when Arnav dragged Khushi to the mandir to marry her, put the mangalsutra and sindoor on her with such anger while she looked on helplessly. I got chills watching it. When Arnav kicked Khushi out on their wedding night to sleep in the cold poolside, I had tears in my eyes. When both of them shouted "I hate you!" to each other at the poolside the next night, there was SO MUCH passion. The chemistry between them was rocking, even in a hate track. That chemistry is missing these days, through no fault of their own. Sadly, this is how the CVs rewarded them for winning 2 best jodi awards...butchering their characters and ruining their chemistry.
I wonder what changed for the CVs to turn this intense love story into a corny romantic comedy. We want to see intense love or intense hate. It is obvious by the way the ratings have plummeted that audiences do not want to see Khushi act like a 10 year old while the mighty ASR has suddenly become a selfless lover and a bit of a pushover.
I hope they keep Arnav and Khushi true to their characters...and bring back the hate soon...they have to or else when Arnav finds out the truth, it won't have much of an impact. I doubt the misunderstanding will be cleared by the Maha Episode. But I just want them to bring back the intense hate track...no more slapstick comedy.
