Yes she may not go as per the symbolisms but CV's always seem to surprise us. Plus what reason can they give if she does not go back to RM and maybe she will go later as Bubbli Madam is creating problems between PAYASH and she may think its ASR who is doing it, so she goes back

I did ring the doctors and they said it may be due to the pain. Will monitor her today and tmrw if not subsided then take her to GP
