Firstly, I full-heartedly LOVED today's episode!
Khushi's concern for Arnav was what stood out the most to me & I'm sure it stood out to many others also.
Arnav's fall looked REALLY painful.. I'm eager to see what Khushi does.
Now for my prediction...
Looking at the precap, Arnav's expression look guilty at the moment, however his mood can change really quickly.
I think there are 3 possibilities that could happen...
1) Arnav builds trust for Khushi and starts being softer towards her- he slightly realizes that she really cares for him
2) Arnav misunderstands Khushi once again- he thinks that Khushi did all this to get his family to like her even more... Arshi could get into a large argument and then Khushi could say "the largest mistake of my life was loving you" leaving Arnav in shock and confusion (this was a spoiler going around last week)
3) Arnav misunderstands Khushi at first, but then she falls sick & he takes care of her with worry- builds respect for her ("she was up all night and she fell sick taking care of me")
OR...
Arnav has already yelled at Khushi after he slips and Khushi shows concern for him- Khushi remained silent & now when Anjali is telling him that Khushi stayed up all night & cared for him, Arnav feels really guilty and develops some trust for Khushi
