While I respect your opinion, I do feel they needed the scenes, but only if they intend to use it to develop trust.. ASR developing trust in Khushi is very important to the story, but they have been going back and forth about it, one day him softening and the next day he hurts her and assumes the worst.. May be its their way of showing his conflicted mind when it comes to Khushi.. Does he love her enough to forget her betrayal, or does he doubt the betrayal in the first place, we still dont know.. If they made that clear, then we will be able to see ASR's actions more clearly.. Tomorrow's scene might give us a hint, either he thinks she is faking her concern for him, or he will feel a little guilt for not acknowledging her care.. Lets see..
