Anjali was just the concerned sister, that's all. It is well known that Arnav and Anjali share a very very strong bond. They are always there for each other, and both mean the world to one another.
At the dining table, Anjali's expression was of doubt, in-comprehension and puzzlement as to why Khushi is doing the exact opposite of what she (Anjali) had told her regarding Arnav's attitude toward love and care. In Tuesday's episode, Anjali had told Khushi that Arnav doesn't like any show of love or affection. But Khushi went and did exactly that to annoy Arnav.
Therefore, Anjali, at the dining table, was wondering why Khushi is doing all this instead of understanding Arnav.
As for feeding him, like I said in the beginning, both of them care a lot for each other, and get extremely worried if either of them is in trouble. There's no jealousy on Anjali's part.
