Today's episode was devastating. But it has once gain highlighted a couple of aspects, or rather thinking processes regarding the characters.
Let's start with Khushi. Why would she have told Arnav the truth? He blackmailed her. He married her forcefully. He refuses to tell her the reason. He's nice at times. He breathes fire at other times. He has been doing this ever since they met. His bipolarness is takingits toll. She would have told him, if they didn't have the spat moments before. She would have. But his unsaid love it taking the mick and her patience is gearing up for a strike. She desperately wants to trust him and she desperately wants to love him. But his actions and its consequences are becoming unbearable for her. The man she loved forced her to marry him and that marriage has no validity in his eyes and would never accept her as his wife nor her feeling. Then why would, should and could she trust him?
Now Arnav. Why would he trust her? He saw her with snakewa. Snakewa poisoned his mind. Yes, he should have gone to clarification and not snakewa. Then why didn't he? He said so himself the other day: Ego. His ego is what defines him. What makes him who he is. He is Arnav Singh Raizada. Why would he go and ask her if she loves snakewa because snakewa told him she does. He lied yes, but that bruised his ego. He has been told by another man that the women he loves does not love him. Anyone would freak out. The one woman for whom he was willing to open his heart to and for, doesn't deserve it in his opinion. So, why would, should and could he trust her?
The whole situation is twisted and frustrating. They're both right in were they stand and yet they are both wrong. So iss predicament ko kya naam doon? Mister and missus my advice to you is annoy, frustrate and fight to such an extend that one or the other blurt something out and sends the other one for an investigation. Other than that, I see no hope for you. You poor, naive, innocent fools.
As for Payal, she is digging her grave. Dust as deeply as Arnav and at the same pace. She should have told Mami, and definitely Akash. She had no reason to hide it. Manorama suffered major humiliation because of her. The least she could have done was tell her. She is gonna fall and she is gonna fall hard. But I think that Arnav is gonna be there for her.
Nani, loved her, loved her, loved her. She didn't buy Khushi's excuse for a minute. She zeroed in on her lie and her expression said it all. She's very concerned for the couple and rightly so. She knows as well as anyone that there was a big reason for the elopement. She knows that neither would ever reveal it willingly. BUT. She knows they love each other, even if they can't see it. So even though she's also frustrated at not knowing, she isn't very bothered about it. Her biggest concern is their happiness. And she'll be damned if anyone gets in her way. Rock on, Nani!!
And finally Shyam babua. Anything i saw about you will never be enough. You are the ONLY character in the entire show who backs drive with brains. No one else does it as well as you and so far, no has been quite ass successful as you. But babua, your luck is running out and so are your lifelines, cheatcodes and lives. Your complacency and overconficence is gonna be your downfall and i can't wait to see you fall flat in your face. May ASR be merciful on you and not kill you if you are very lucky.
