If the articles and the spoilers come true and Khushi confesses her love for Arnav... N then he finds of her innocence, Arnav will not tell Khushi why he married her cz that will hurt her badly and he'll be scared that she might leave him. He will change his attitude towards her and will be the arnav after teri meri sequence... Khushi will be confused at his behavior and mainly because she knows how he is good one minute and rude the next.. she will wish that he hadnt made such a difference to her that she wouldn't be hurt by his mood swings.. Kaash me tumse nafrat kar paati..
Arnav on the other hand wants to confess his love to khushi but cannot because if he does so, Khushi will ask him the one question he has been dreading-- why he married her
So he will try to show her that he loves her and yet run away from her questions all the while silently thinking Kaash me tumse mohobbat kar paata...
