Sometimes the precaps are misleading. The fire scene in the Dhellii me Bali episode we thought ASR's laptop or might be the recliner caught fire, but in the episode it was the bed that caught fire.
In the same way the scenario here, Kushi might be saying that the award cannot be accepted by them as the competition is for Saas - Bahu. Though her husband came to her rescue in the last minute. It's "Dhoka" in her words to accept an award which should be given to someone else. As we have not seen Payal and Mami performance, they might also be the contenders for the award. So, if Kushi denies, Payal and Mami might get the award. This might lead Arnav to think about Kushi's honesty.
