I mean, i didn't think it'd affect him in any way...But then i remembered those childhood flashbacks he got before (which rarely make an appearance) the one where Anjali is getting married then we see a woman running (Arnav's mom?), and yeah...Maybe THAT'S why he got kind of down or at least looked it at that moment?
