lovely analysis.. yes its true that the show does have some bloopers and sometimes lack in continuity but then which show doesnt.. and this show has always maintained a graph... both, with its amount of sensibilities and with its inconsistencies... but overall it is progressing slowly

i feel its going 'good' guns... if not 'great' guns now...

[for me the 'great' guns bit was the diwali near kiss scene.. that was chemistry at its height... and also their chedkhani just before payash wedding... 😳]

What is unexplainable is if she is so tuned to his thoughts and feelings, why can she not figure out what is upsetting him? She still seems to be oblivious of his agony. She sees his fury but not the pain behind it. I feel the CVs are just going back and forth in this track. Neither is her heart as sensitive and understanding as it should be, nor his intelligence as sharp as it should be.

khushi knows all this about him..coz she has observed and learnt..and its also instinctive...but when it comes to matters of the heart...ASR has always been giving her mixed signals..deliberately covering up...his compulsive coming nearer at diwali..or before the wedding or holi...and later on being more harsh than before to cover up...also the man himself is so conflicted about his feelings for her...how in the world can Khushi get a clear picture there... her heart is all there..there would not have been so many incidents without it...and her mind is all there too...but his mind and heart are all over the place...

Very well written eveline. Yeah story moving but b/w all of these emotions MU still there n i knw trust is building but gradually.
But in my pov they must show that arnav thinking these all sides n faces of kkg after marriage they again n again showing terrace scene in his FBs but nw its time to show kkg n arnav connecting da dots at least who get 1st leave it 4 ME . At least nw they should show it.

Eveline, what a lovely post. Neither Khushi or Arnav are flat characters and both have flaws and lots of depth. Khushi is not a grating cartoon that can be dismissed. Her characterization is one that is interesting just like ASR's. I loved how you brought out the way Arnav better understands Khushi post-marriage. Despite her OTT behavior, she is not foolish and has been a steadfast companion and actually learned to ride through ASR's ups and downs. Thank you for this post.

No body can deny that Arnav and Khushi are coming closer...and are actually true soul mates.

I had made a post long ago regarding them being soul mates...they subconsciously reach out to each other and complete each other.

But all this matters only if the creatives keep up with this positive flavor...I'm amongst those people who recently started complaining about the MU not clearing up...

The thing is, they show so much progress and then they show one tiny incident and its almost back to square one.

Whatever you have written, if Arnav was to sit down and ponder over all of it, he should come to the conclusion that Khushi cannot be the homewrecker he thinks she is...

But...we saw in Monday's episode that his wrong belief about her and misunderstanding have not moved an inch since that fateful night...I blame the creatives for not showing him getting the first vestiges of doubt over his MU.

If he got to know so many good things about her, howcome he still thinks she's guilty of that deplorable act?

Why are they not showing him beginning to feel something is not right with his conclusion about her?

I keep reading this is a serial, they have to stretch the story, yada yada yada...but you know what, I feel its hight time they started showing him beginning to sense something now.

Coming to Khushi:

If she can hear him, understand his thoughts, without him even hearing his voice, how can she still not see he is in terrible agony and there is a huge reason behind their marriage?

They did show a bit of it the day he gets her home from the temple...but that was a flash in the pan.

Now she has not been shown to think about the Shyam angle even once!

Today's episode was very nice...but I have learnt not to get excited or happy with the good episodes, because, after some time all this means nothing - if the creatives want, they wipe all of the good things away in a single swipe.

hi shwets...u are married right...so must have experienced this one thing...when a fight happens between a hubby and wife...it might be about a safety pin or a hair (any stupidest slightest reason)...it escalates..and then we end up fighting over things that happened in the past..u did this to me this many years ago...and we end up going back to square one..we remember that wrong..that hurt...that pain all over again...why..coz it still hurts...the pain or disappointment still rankles...does that mean our marriage is back to square one...no..definitelynot...it means..we cannot get over some things that easily...and this MU is a huge deal...he thinks she is having an extra marital affair with his bil...cheating on the whole family..he saw them hugging..and whatever we might say or do...its not easy to overcome..it shattered his whole world in minutes...
