Omg! I just saw this! I posted a similar topic!! If ihad seen this i wouldnt have worried about it! You are absolutely right! that was one awkward dance situation!!! I love the song too! But the surrounding the atmosphere was all rushed!

I DON'T think the dance Arnav and Khushi did was awkward at all and out of place at all. It makes total sense actually. here's why I say this...

okay so when the family gets both couples to dance and they are dancing...then Nani gets Shyam and Anjali to dance...when Arnav see Shyam gocking at Khushi he ups the antics and starts dancing with her passionately. He's doing this to send Shyam a message so that Shyam knows his place.

If you guys have ever watched North American movies they use this strategy quite often, however in North American movies they actually grind with one another but seeing as this is an indian show obviously they would not show that.

So I hope that makes some kind of sense. It's not at all random. If you look at it like that, it makes perfect sense that he'd get all passionate and start dancing with her throwing in a dip and a hug...I mean Shyam's blood is probably boiling after seeing Arnav lead Khushi into a dance like that. Anrav is totally goading Shyam!

I loved the dance for whatever it was... Agree I think the atmosphere (with the family just clustered together) made the get up a bit awkward...but I still loved it 😳

i agree...everybody knows everyone loves arshi over here and this is strictly not bashing!!!😊 its just that whenever they're dance routine comes we always think theyre gonna do something EPIC! but yesterday...😔hmm... u guys do remember the sangeet ryt? how many of you can remember teri meri? my guess is ALL!!! and i mean all because that song is not gonna come out of anyone's minds for such a looong time.👍🏼.👍🏼.👍🏼👍🏼downloads and requests have increased for that song 10 folds not because sallu bhai was there in it..its just because arnav and khushi danced for it.❤️.so w do have a bar for their performance whether it be dance...fyts...nok-jhoks or even comedy..🤗but wen they do a dance routine like yesterday where the music didn't match their steps and both of them appeared dazed...it just didn't feel right.. couldn't connect their dance..

yesterday.. otherwise theryre just wonderrful!!!🤗

just a personal opinion...no bashing intented at all!😊
