I think because both of talked about dying, Khushi will try to save Anjali and be very badly injured / ill. This may get Payal to reveal the truth to ASR and then the track.

my initial tought as well...I would like to see this scenario...

Whether we like it or not the stage set-up for the big revelation of the truth to Arnav will take awhile to happen hence why right now there will be alot of push and pull between the two, alot of tears and hurtful words being thrown at one another, at the same time that lingering feeling of something more between the two will always be there. By the time the revelation comes (although I wish it would be happen by next week but I know it won't lol) I can't wait to see Khushi shut Arnav off from her life, I'm hoping the CV's will do justice to this and not let Khushi concede easily, let Arnav's road to redemption be just as long as this current track goes for.
