Nani sent the flowers so that she can question Arnav! She suspected that he has a GF called Ms Kashyap and was trying to verify it!
The rest of the family were staying quite about it and refusing to answer Nani's questions! So out of frustration and to verify if there IS a Ms Kashyap in Arnav's life SHE sent the flowers to the house!
She hoped after seeing the flowers that maybe Arnav will let something slip! Khushi had nothing to do with it! Arnav was not telling Nani about La coz he didnt want her to start pressuring him for marriage! HE had no intention of getting that seriouse with La! It was a "office romance" type thing! It was not even much of a romance! She was just his GF! Someone to go to parties with etc etc...Just "eye candy"!
I doubt he ever intended to give her that much importance in his life! He NEVER gives any women a important role in his life! Only his sister! Therefore it was NANI's intervention that started to get the ball rolling with La and landed her at RM!
