Really, TRPs are horrible?

What's with all the bashing of the show after TRPs came out today. From what angle, do the ratings look horrible? IPKKND is the slot leader and is in top 5. It fell by 0.1 only from last week and yeh rishta beat it by a difference of 0.1 only as well. It might as well have been number 3 show as the difference is very insignificant. Ratings fluctuate. I often see shows falling out of top 10 lest for a week or so but here its stil in top 5. How is this an indication that everyone is fed up with the show these days and its going to crash and burn very soon?

well.. we are all fans, who are deeply afffected by the TRP race. Its the mentatlity that the media/channel put in us. so, as fans, its natrual to feel bad when ratings go bad and jump up in joy when they increase.

although i agree, IPK only went down by a little, i hope they pick up the story so that the ratings increase again and keep the momentum for the all important ME

I agree with topic maker, we are in good position but at same time TRP's matter a lot. For fabs and for IPKKND team. I hope the TRP's increase again. Though, exams might be a reason

I think we are taking out our frustration about the current track by criticizing TRPs...oh well, atleast this show doesnt drag as much as some of the other shows do...as long as its in top 10, we will be fine..and I am sure CVs care more about its TRPs than we do as they need the show on air to earn a salary..

SNS and DABH have a diff kind of audience...the public generally tends to watch those shows..considering that, number 4 isnt bad at all...

yes, they went down continuously for the past 2 weeks but last week, TRPs of all top 5 shows had decreased not only IPKKND's...and statistically speaking, 0.1 drop is not that significant..

agree..dont know last weeks episodes r good why trp is decreasing ..plz creatives no more dragging i mean its to much now...no progress story stopped there where it started ...

no, we have had some progress lately..Shaym found out the truth...but i dont suppose it will move forward much until the next ME..

I agree... its just been a 0.1 drop and it is no cause for worry or a cause to badmouth the show...And like others have pointed out...it might have been due to the exam season...
