If he remembers he will start digging for the truth and may find it.

If Khushi remembers there is no use, excpet her knowing Arnav too loves her. But what she really wants to know is why he married her and this confession won't help that purpose.

Snake finding out about sleeping arrangements is a big bonus if Arnav doesn't think that she told Shyam. If Shyam taunts him Arnav will take the next step and make Khushi sleep with him hich may lead to know. We know from spoilers that Shyam leads to their consummation..

Khushi I doubt will remember anything...but I think the reason why they had Anjali witness all the romance between them was so that she could remind them about it later on
