I think the track is dealing with the resurgence of ASR , a man who will not stop at nothing to get his own way and at the same time the CV's are trying to show that Arnav is just beneath a layer, the feelings and emotions that he has for Khushi is intact and has not vanished ... He saw Khushi going to fall in 3 foot pool , no chance of drowning, yet he did not allow her to fall into it , Simply put, although ruthless, manipulative, he cannot see her hurting [ doesn't matter if he is the one hurting though ] ..He comes instantly to save her..it is not thought out but instinctive !!
