They get paid very less for how good their show is doing! Star Plus better raise it and fast given that this show won so many Star awards itself!

not true anju...KSG used to get paid 1L per episode...some top actors do get paid a lot that is why so many people are getting into TV these days

Unless mentioned the period, just the rupees have no meaning.

60,000 rupees per year is a paltry sum wherase 60, 000 rupees per hour is huge .

IMO 60,000 per day/episode is a good salary and stars like Sanaya deserve that .

They ( Barun and Sanaya ) both deserve more . TV is exploiting is exploiting the actors .

20,000* 6 * 4 = 480,000 a month is not much compared to the style and status stars have to maintain .

When Katrina Kaif can get a crore or two for a single dance , the TV artisits certainly deserve more .

For example I subscribe the channel where Barun Sobti 's show is shown . It means more revenue to Rogers - which translates to more revenue to the agency sponsoring SP in Canada which means more revenue to SP and ultimately to the PH .

Balajee always pays more than any other PH. 10 years back they used to pay 35,000 perepisode to average popular stars.

Su and Sanaya - I think 20-25K is low and 70K is OK - - though I do feel Sanaya and Barun deserve more and tv actors in general deserve more for their gruelling 12 hour shifts - - the more they get happier I will be for them:)
