Absolutely. I can understand he makes her sleep outside the first day in the heat of anger, which though wrong, would still at least be in character.

Instead the guy who jumps at the sound of her whimper when she her necklace got stuck (remember the first morning of grihapravesh at RM?) is shown sleeping comfortably on bed while she is left outside in the cold.

The CVs have become inconsistent-- the guy who jumps to get her water when she chokes, and can't take her 'ouch' is not the same guy who would make her sleep out in the cold. Arnav's character is being butchered with a blunt hatchet, and I find that too painful to watch for the sake of the rest of the events that happen in the show.

Yes, it IS abuse.

My whinge is also that the characterization is inconsistent--the guy who is affected by her choking on the kheer, or being hurt by a necklace is happy letting her sleep in the cold. Let's not forget he knows she is scared of the dark and of sleeping alone--- I guess the CVs have. He spent the first night on the recliner, watching her---but yesterday's scene of waking up in the bed all warm and cosy made my blood boil. I'm quitting the show till the time I can watch it without my blood pressure rising, I guess.

Although I love Arhi n so excited abt the new promo n love this show no matter what,, I cant deny a single point in your post,, and it makes a lot of sense!!

Also I appreicate the way u've put it forth!!!!! N that is waht is welcome in this forum,, u dont have to like or agree with everytthing u are watching,, but there is a manner and laguage u use to present the issue.!!!

hope we all learn from this post!

edited: u cannot slap ASR,, firstly u cannot get into the tv,, secondly I will not allow u to do that!😆😆😆

I said the same in several posts yesterday. This disgusts me and no amout of Hotness and ASRs lovey dovey look would ever make up for this. No matter how dark he is He is in LOVE with her. Isn't he? How can he sleep in his bed while she is sleeping outside in the cold? Ok it's an enclosed space probably even temp controlled BUT that does not matter. All those lovey dovey scenes/promos did not make me feel good at all. ASRs act cant be undone and now she has already slept more than one night in that pool area. Whoever have thought about this concept is definitely sick and don't have any regard for women. I am not a feminist but ASRs actions made me sick. Sleeping arrangements are the only reason I am NOT enjoying IPK anymore.

Thanks 😃 I'm glad I'm not alone at being upset over this---and the CVs' lack of logic!

If I can't slap ASR can I knuckle him on the head to get his stuck brains working again? Pwetty Pwease?😆 Or can someone knock the CVs on the head for me?😕

It's the CVs that need one tight one! 😉 I hate the way they have ruined the characterization and muddled it all up!

CVs, I can't slap you, cos you are not fictional, and have managed to do a fair job so far! Adeeti, my only request is they should get over their amnesia already, and make ASR's character consistent.

CV's probably thought this will be a 'nice' twist rather than have her sleep on the floor inside or the couch but I am sure they have realised now it didn't work for the best because there was such a uproar which was rightly so. What's done is done therefore I am hoping that they have a few good episodes where we see how Arnav rectifies this mistake. I am not one to stop watching just because I am not pleased with what happened, looking forward to seeing how they turn this around, maybe I got high expectation, I'll just have to wait and see
