Fantastic post as usual!!! Just wanted to add some of my thoughts. I posted this under your written update thread not realizing this was the, in doodleberry words, "The Tantastic post"
In Today's episode there were few things that struck me:
First was, Khushi realization of Payal and Mami relationship. The way they showed us that both Aakash and Khushi witnessed Mami's lecture but Aakash was a silent spectator, Khushi took action. Tomorrow when the whole Kheer fiasco, will take place, we will again see Aakash as a silent spectator. Then, tomorrow along with this same scene, will make Khushi realise that though Aakash loves Payal a lot, he will always be incapable of protecting her from his mother. This will force her to stay back at RM, maybe with some help from Arnav.
My CV brain's say two things can happen:
- Khushi will stay back on her own, bowing to Arnav as a means to protect Payal and help her along the way to win Mami's heart. OR
- ASR will point out that he will not have to do anything to send Payal home. Mami will do it all on her own with Aakash's silent help but he, ASR, can stop all this only if... (We then might have another ASR bashing day)
This will somehow bring them on an equal footing. Khushi married Arnav for Payal's marriage to take place but she still stay with him for Payal's marriage to sustain. Arnav married Khushi for Anjali, and will stay married to her for Anjali's marriage to sustain. When the time comes, this will also help Khushi to forgive him for his actions, as a brother, as she is also doing the same thing. This definitely does not excuse his actions as a lover but now there will be no question in anybody's mind of why Khushi stayed married to Arnav.
Second thing that was most important was the mind games between Shyam and Arnav. Finally the story moved forward and wasn't it interesting to watch these two people finally standing against each other, protecting the same woman but using another one. In the interim, Arnav finally found out when Khushi makes Jalebis, will help him in future, might also need to open a Mithaai shop for next 6 months.😊
The DVD was not important but the thing that was important was the picture of NK with the video camera. That will play an important role in revealing this whole fiasco.
Last, Arnav's genuine concern when Khushi started coughing. His embarrassment, when Khushi caught him but he realized that he was actually concerned about her, that it was not only for his sister's benefit, but it was, in fact ,real. Well, the lines are blurring, Mr. ASR, better build up your shield or we will think you care...And then as usual he runs away. 😊
