Kevin Spacey is Keyser Soze, Bruce Willis is the Ghost, as are Nicole Kidman and her children'. Poignant moments which translated into cinematic excellence and left you with "oh I definitely did not see that coming !!!" feeling. The makers of popular tele serial Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam doon (airing mon-fri 8pm IST) are aiming for exactly this excellence and throwing the twist in the tale with their upcoming track.
The keyser soze in this story is actually a character so important yet so trivial that you are left exasperated as to how can she wield so much power ? Anjali Jha, has at multiple occasions warranted a "let me throw a shoe at her" reaction from the general audience for her sheer stupidity and extreme exuberance. Her saccharine personality has made almost everyone gag and one is often tempted to take her pooja ki thaali and swat her with it ! Surprisingly this is all an act for the mastermind who controls Raizada Mansion and everyone in it.
Her story began a good 15years ago when she was threatened with losing the riches that she had always loved. Being accustomed to her exaggerated lifestyle with its glitz and glam, anjali wasn't one to face the streets. She used her perfect pawn ' her brother and began spinning the web that would guarantee her life would never have to see bad days again. Instilling just enough hatred and donning a persona of a hapless sister, anjali got Arnav Malik to become Arnav Singh Raizada. While camping with her grandmother, anjali saw arnav climb the ladders of success, more importantly saw him become rich and powerful for her. She was the sole heir to the fortune, since her brother wanted nothing but his sister's happiness. The chiffon and the muslin comfort returned and tripled over the years. Adding to her personality was her show of being extremely pious. Using temple visits to gamble across the city and trade voraciously in the stock market, anjali won some and lost many. She was the master of disguise and covered her money trail well through host of bookies and minons.
Problems first began when her devoted brother started stressing on the need to getting her married again. He wanted her to have a happy life with happiness as she defined it. Her farce of wanting a perfect family was working against her and she had to act. Enter lawyer shyam jha. Shyam was the perfect candidate for her. He was a good for nothing lawyer, who needed money to survive and didn't have brains that would ever see through her. She played her game and convinced him that he held the upper hand in their relationship. She made sure her brother found a glowing report after his background check. Shyam's greed ensured that he propose they stay in raizada mansion citing her safety and people didn't question it too much. Shyam didn't care too much about her and this suited her just fine. She did maintain her pativrata act in front of the rest and took pleasure in suffocating him the few times he was at home.
For being the most successful businessman in the city arnav was quite dense when it came to her and saw nothing. He was putty ln her hands. She had to ensure it remaimed that way. She took all measures to hv him hate the institution of marriage, and never look for a better half. She heard of his flings on and off but nothing for her to worry about.
Enter problems again with lavanya. Their grandmother wanted him to marry la and be the daughter in law of the house. Using her personality as strength once again she hatched the perfect plan. ' Sanskaar lessons'. While this seemed to go awry, her brother came to her rescue again and realized he didn't love la. End of story.
Elsewhere luck was shining on her even more when she realized her good for nothing husband was lusting after khushi the girl she had unwittingly used to get rid of la.
Her plan was to expose him at the right time and thus get a divorce with no further hassles !! Wht she didn't expect was her brother to mess up further ! He caught them in the act and instead of telling her he went and married khushi !! Endangering her position as kingpin on multiple fronts.
This event has slowly brought out her mean side out in the open. Suffocating her brother and khushi into the relationship while potraying herself to be the hurt one would work in her favour. With arnav's act she was now openly calling the shots and could shed the farce for a whilee. A fake pregnancy was even better for making sure the finances stayed with.
This diabolical genius who the world feels sorry for is currently working on hammering 3 relationships all at once and making sure tht there is no wedding in the raizada clan ever because it hurts too much.
Keyser soze would bow down to this person cause after all kobiyashe story would also not hv been as well thought of than this one.
