I know why I love this show...it provokes so much emotion within us.
Normally, we watch shows to provide escapism from the daily humdrum and sometimes it is hard to see that the characters providing the escape are also going through hurt and turmoil that we want to forget. Khushi and Arnav not only take us to new heights, our expectations from them have become very high. When they hurt we hurt and I think the CVs are playing us to the T (you just have to read all the posts on the Forum). I will be very surprised and disappointed if the tables don't turn around for Khushi very soon. For the younger audience I would say have patience and ride with the tide. A little bit of sadness and heartache didn't hurt anybody. In fact it will enhance the 'making-up' part even more and make it real sweet. Be realistic, the story had to progress to another level, it could not remain in the courtship mode forever.
This show is not about women bashing, unfairness or hatred'..it is about relationships, understanding and love. After the initial shock, I am sure Nani and Anjali are going to embrace Khushi'.so will Payal and I think Arnav knows this that is why he left the scene - as he always does (very much in character). I think if he had stayed behind shielding her from them, he would have created a wall between Khushi and his family. The fact that he left her there to their mercy tells me that he is telling them - I trust you with my wife and you will accept my choice.
Let us all just focus on the positive and toss the negativity as we love these characters too much đ
