I was wondering the same... where did the quick-witted asr go? the Cvs might have put that in to garner sympathy for him🤔

The man is deeply hurt by his BIL and Khushi and shocked that they whom he trusted so much and respected did this to him. On top of that he finds out about Anjali being pregnant and Shyam giving him those looks which say, "what are you going to do now." with so much happening in a matter of a couple of hours (for us it was 3 days not for him) he decided to marry Khushi -I don't blame the man-he can't think straight, his sister's marriage is crumbling and he cannot tell her the truth, the child on the way, and Khushi who he loved so much (he thinks "loved" we know he still loves her) broke his heart, BIL whom he respected and trusted shook him to the core. How is this man to recover so quickly he is after all human- a broken man-his confidence is shaken-where will his quick witted answer come from just yet 😔

Give him time he will rally-he has khushi even though he does not know it! 😊

They are together right now thats all that matters!❤️

Completely agree to the highlighted part... & thus my question why was he not his ASSERTIVE self with his "I care a damn what you think" attitude which is the actual ASR...why was he struggling about his actions 😲 ...IMO it certainly did not show him behave like one would expect ASR to behave...

Maybe the great ASR never tells any lies and he cant say the truth , thts y he is avoiding all the questions ,,,,, just my thought.

Guess he might not have told khushi also the reason behind the marraige... didnt khushi ask him "WHY?"

maybe thy will show us in a flashback after a while

btw,I know you don't want to bring that 6-month contract issue, but was a little flummoxed as to how did ASR time Anjali's pregnancy so accurately???😲

I mean he perhaps knows how many months pregnant she is at the moment but that can at max be two months. But what about the termination date of the pregnancy? Can anyone know that so certainly especially before visiting the gynae??

Couldn't stop myself from asking this one?

Tanu, I was flabbergasted by what was shown today in this context 😕...I too was expecting the highlighted part above...

I mean come on, ASR not knowing what to say especially when the situation is created by him??? He has thought to the extent of how long he wants the marriage to last but does not know what to say to his family 😲😕 ... In fact I was sure Anji the drama queen would outdo herself with her rona-dhona and I had expected a practical but firm reply like "I don't care for the rituals n stuff & you know that...so I did it my way" -- Now that would have been the real ASR.

The only reason I can think of for this was the CV's & LM trying to avoid a public outcry against ASR by trying to move the focus from the suffering Khushi in order to highlight that "No ASR is not the villain here; he is the hero & see he is suffering too along with his love". What Sh*% is this??...The least they can do is remember their characters' traits 😡

I am now looking forward to see what reason ODB is gonna give for this marriage coz I will be really amazed if the Raizada's buy the "We love each other" reason now 😲 ..

HI, I too would have thought that he would be very hig handed and arrogant of his decision and choose to or not chose o give them a befitting reply but he seemed very emotional as if he realised he is guilty.

I aslo get the feeling that this was not the way Cvs had planned this and have chickened out from their plan for a never seen before twist. hat dubbed voice over for the marriage to be "6 months" makes me think tehy had other plans and like "farak padta hai" track have decided to go with the cliched contract marriage.

Did you guys feel the same too ?

Hey Wesha...It seems the CV's have forgotten their own characters OR they are sensitizing their male lead so that no one mistakes him to be the villain of the story leading to a dip in the TRP's ...after all at the end of the day its all about the TRP's

I agree!

Poor Khushi just standing there unsure of what to say and then getting slapped! :(

Not only that, but I thought they were going to keep up a front of being a happy married couple in front of the family, as to not arouse too many questions.

But yesterday they portrayed to the family, as though they did not want to be married, but somehow they ended up on the mandap, and Khushi ended up with the mangalsutra around her neck -.-
