Can't Arnav doubt when Khushi agrees...

I dont understand one thing...that cant Arnav doubt that there is something fishy about Khushi accepting his proposal...(unless like someone said in another post...he blackmails her on the name of Payal).

I mean Khushi might also jump to this proposal as she just wants to keep Shyam away from her and also coz she does not want to spoil Anjali's married life...so when Arnav approaches...she might accept it on this basis.

but even if he doesnt blackmails her and she accepts...wouldnt he give it a thought that when Khushi (according to him) is in luv with Shyam then howcome she accepted his marriage proposal so soon.
Wouldnt he even doubt for a second that there is something fishy to this.

well...if its not blackmail...then i'm eager to know how he convinces her into getting married to him.
