Somehow I don't believe Anjali is pregnant. That stupid woman knows everything about her slimy husband. I believe she's just trying to keep up appearances hoping that he will change. Isn't that what a lot of women do? They know that their husbands are serial cheaters, but yet for all hold on to their marriages for dear life. Look at the amount of times he's disappointed her when she was expecting him to show up for one pooja or the other. Any sane woman will start becoming paranoid and start snooping around.
She is the cause of all Arnav's pain. She did hear him when he told her about Khushi and Shyam, but pretended to faint. How she's going to fake that pregnancy I don't know. Her demeanor is too good to be true, behaving like nothing bothers her. Her brother may eventually end up hating her instead for playing with his emotions as he trusts her the most!! JustMyPOV !!!
