karta aur shaadi karta hu mai Anjali se mera nafrat hai aur aage bohat
story hai...

Translation:

Khushi waits for Arnav at the terrace, then at that moment Shyam comes there and he hugs Khushi and that very moment Arnav comes and see them hugging then he gets hurt, then Shyam tells Khushi that he loves her and want to marry her and he got married to Anjali, but he hates her, then forward a lots of story happening...

Atleast Snakewa told all this. I so hope Arnav doesn't hear Khushi say this stuff like the promo. Now finally, Arnav knows that snakewa was also involved and it wasn't a one sided affair from Khushi's side. He will come to know snakewa's real side.
