The title tells the truth- this is a rant.

What is the subject of this rant, you ask?

EVERYTHING.

But first let's kick this off with a good old fashioned Shyam bashing.

SHYAM

This annoying dude just won't give up! Can someone actually tell me how many times he's tried to kill someone?

His long list of victims include Khushi's father and his wife Anjali.

Okay, so excuse me...

ever heard of this new, neat little thing called a 'divorce'? Yeah, it's a pretty handy thing, it lets you leave your wife without having to kill her.

*sigh* Modern times.

I wish he would give up already, his plans never work out anyway. I don't know if he really is just to sleazy to pull off anything or if he's hoping she'll just die of her own accord but the way his schemes are going we can assume that Anjali will live a long natural life.

ANJALI

I usually don't rant about Anjali... and what comes next isn't necessarily her fault but still...

How does someone end up falling for a dude with serial killer tendencies?

I mean, some serial killers are smart and act normal and caring around regular people.

We all know that Shyam doesn't fit into the category "smart".

'Sleazy' he fits in quite well though.

Shouldn't someone have sensed that he was a retard or something?

Anyways...

MamiJi

Where does one begin?

She's a mean spirited, prejudiced and hypocritical lady.

Your son is getting married... deal with it.

Your son is getting married to a not so rich person... deal with it.

You don't particularly like you son's choice of bride... deal with it.

Honestly you'd think she was getting married the way she's throwing fits and being nasty to everyone.

But what I don't get is how she can act this way.

So it was okay for her, a SERVANT, to marry Arnav's uncle but it ISN'T okay for Payal, someone who isn't a servant and is middle class, to marry Akash?

Where is the logic?

Moving on.

PAYAL

To be honest, I've never really liked Payal all that much.

But now I can sympathize with her.

I can understand how it would feel to have a Mother *cough, MONSTER, cough* in law who doesn't like you as that is an issue in today's world.

However I don't agree with how she's handling the situation.

I understand that it is not in her character to be outspoken or very... assertive but I still think that she should retaliate if only a little.

She is going to be married to Akash, it is her right to tell him what is going on. What are husbands there for if not to take care of their wives?

In my opinion she should tell Akash straight up what is happening and ask him how she should deal with it...

Why hide it?

THE WHOLE MARRIAGE SITUATION

Am I the only one who is crossing my fingers hoping that they just get MARRIED ALREADY?

The tension is slowly killing me, as is the painfully slow pace of events in the show. I wish I could just fast forward to when they get married.

I think when they do we will ALL breathe a sigh of relief.

I keep on freaking out and thinking that maybe something will happen and the wedding will be CANCELLED.

So thanks for listening to my crazy little rant!

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the matter!

Yeah, but isn't he a lawyer? Well, when he's not off torturing people or planning their assassinations of course...

I don't understand why he doesn't frame HER for murdering someone else?

A resourceful person wouldn't have to resort to murder :)

I think the CV's are not so bothered about 'ol Shyamu becoming resourceful...probably some doped out assistant to the third creative writer is scribbling different plots that Shyamu can pull off to kill his wife...scorpion tick, electric wire in pool tick, flammable liquid tick, tampered brakes tick...😡

I totally agree specially to that last part!! these days i keep praying for the stupid marriage to happen more than for cute ArHi scenes and it IS ANNOYING!!
i mean i'm annoyed at my own brain for going in the
'it will happen - no it will not happen ' situation!

Fricking get married already and let
us breath a sigh in relief!
