Arnav admitting first willl

DESTROY his character and the essence of the show, People are like confess already but that character is GONNA admit last, after the whole nafrat phase gets through. If Arnav admits before Khushi that he loves her to her, it's like wait, then what about the promos? What about his character? We don't know anything about Arnav's past, why is he so upset when he loses people, what about his mother? what about his sister? His father? His past. Why is he so bottled up? He was never like this so why is he like that?

This is a great post. I think we've learned about Khushi and all of her problems, insecurities past etc. Now we need to learn about Arnav. I hope this episode was a glance into that transformation of the storyline.
Confession is way far off. I don't even think they love each other yet. They have a pull to each other, an inexplicable one...they're not in love...this is not love...this is emotions...love comes later...in my opinion at least.

^ Exactly. If they are trying to get on the intense love, this is not even intense love yet. I think there is a pull from the start and they are beginning to understand it a bit, but it's not love yet. Love would be when Khushi tells Arnav about Shaym and he believes her and supports her and goes aganist his sister and Shaym. THAT would be LOVE.

Exactly and this will take time.
What all has he done to her? How can she forget all of that so quickly? These past few weeks is the only time he's done something nice-ish for her and not broken her right after that.
She can't trust him yet, not because he's not trustable but because she doesn't know him. As I said in my post she hasn't seen his pain like we did. She doesn't know how he feels because a) he won't tell her and b) he doesn't seem to know. The conecpt of caring for someone (other than really his sister and maybe his brother) is so foriegn to him that he doesn't identify it. And I think once he identifies it...that will be another turning point.
I don't think that they can ever become friends...they have too many charged up feelings for that but I hope one day, if, as you say, this is a mature love story, that we can see the completition of their love story after they have opened up to each other a little bit. Even if they want to television serial the Shaym drama...(although I hope they don't go the stereotypical route with that and have it be Arnav+Khushi vs. Shayam to protect Anjali)...they should have talks. heart to hearts..something that shows that they have a little more emotional down to earth connection.
