I watch IPKKND million times on repeat, and I have noticed in the scenes when Arnav is secretly and unknowingly to himself admiring Khushi, he gulps (look at him adams apple) 😊

Yes, I notice it too.
He always has this look of utter adoration, mixed with longing and fascination and love on his face when he looks at Khushi. Gosh. What a superb actor this Barun Sobti is.
