Nannav's/Naanav's secret?

But why do you guys think nk calls arnav nannav? He said there was a secret behind it and in the last few episodes, he almost told khushi the secret. In the new years episode, he said "bohot saal pehle..." but then khushi interrupted him! So, any ideas why?
