Can you please explain me why and for what thing khushi asked apology the second time in the last scene???I dint get it all😕😕

from what I understood..Khushi wants the Sangeet to take place and she realizes that she has pissed of Arnav again and since she saw that Arnav thought that she was faking it and also that she wants him to allow the Sangeet to proceed ..she apologizes for the Slap and again for getting him to think that her remorse was fake and increasing his anger..
