To be honest I would prefer they bring in a new character for Anjali further down the line. But yes they could show Khushi forgiving him for Anjali's sake. Trp's ka sawal hai.

Personally I would prefer they eliminating shyam's character from the show for now. Also they can show Anjali rebuilding her life and this time finding true love.
It's all upto the CVs. Whether they want to be a little hatke or go the regular ghost pita track.

The weekend helped me think thru and I am back with another twist.

I think while khushi will not reveal the truth to anyone hoping that she will handle it after payash wedding. But the cat will be out of the bag on the actual la/Asr and payash engagement day, and the biggest stinker will be raised by buaji who will accidentally discover Shyam,s truth. This will cause major furor and the entire ceremony for both engagements will be called off, khushi and family will go home disappointed that fate played another dirty game on Payal. Las parents or la herself might decide that under the circumstances a marriage is out of the question and decide to temporarily move out,

Now Anjali will do her usual Rona dhona and then reach out to khushi as she knows khushi was cheated by Shyam too. She will make the family realize that Akashi happiness is important and low key engagement will be held, now it's possible media will learn all the scandals and start harassing asr, he may be blamed that he is two timing with la and the girl who fell on his Lap during fashion show ie kkg,

Kkg's honor will be called to question yet again and NANi will insist that asr do the right thing and save her honor, they will get married but it will be indifferent because of asr's ambivalence towards kkg.

All this will happen in the next 6 months, so it's not rushed marriage but love will happen after marriage.

I would prefer Arnav investigating Khushi's fiance and when he comes to know the truth, confront Khushi. At this point it would be smart on Khushi's part to completely confide in him and help him to deal with the aftermath of disclosing the truth to Anjali..

remember the scene where Khushi helped anjali with her foot brace.. both arnav and khushi were sitting at her feet.. its the same thing.. they will be together to help anjali.

@Bold and Purple.. Ok.. I see it this way... Arnav and Anjali both are emotionally very insecured ppl.. but they have different ways of handling this... On one hand Anjali went into a dream world where everything is rosy and started on pooja path ... on the other hand Arnav became ruthless.. But the bottom line is that they both RUN AWAY from the reality.
Arnav is over-protective for his sister... Now if he discloses this to Anjali... he knows or rather "thinks" that she wont be able to handle it.. may go in some sort of trauma/depression/suicide etc... so he will not want her to know anything... 😕

@Bold and Red... Yes... this is where Khushi comes in his life... Khushi is one girl who doesnt run away from her emotions... she has always faught back in life... She will make Arnav understand that he cant let his sister live like this forever... and that Anjali has to know the truth and fight ... and I expect that Khushi and Arnav together will bring Anjali's life back on track and this would be the phase when ArHi will fall more deeply in love... 😳

So its official, KKG and Shyam engagement is off.

What next? Plenty of masala if you think about it.

The promo showed mangalsutra dropped from anjali and caught in the nick of time by khushi. That indicates either Anjali's marriage getting broken leading to kkg being blamed for the eventuality OR Anajli's marriage being saved in the nick of time by KKG.

However, I am dying to know where KKG disappeared today. She is either crying our heart out in the mandir or hit by the brakeless truck, which was pre-arranged by Shyam as a ploy to win her sympathy.

As for my brain, its cross-wired so badly in the past few days due to innumerable attempts at predictions. Its small wonder that TV-drama CVs don't end up needing some serious psycho-therapy.

LA questions ASR on his faux-pas. ASR will back peddle and La will be easily convinced. If so, she is the biggest air-head I've seen on TV.

KKG wont be able to tell Anjali anything. She will come back empty handed and let the Gupta parivar bear this nonsense out till the engagement.

Shyam will feel victorious and emboldened to start fooling around the Guptas again.

On the day of engagement, LA is seriously uncomfortable and so is Payal. One thing leads to other, several crossed, missed and eavesdropped conversations later, Shyam's ugly truth will be displayed in public.

Engagement will be off and the recovery period will begin. Anjali will go into therapy. Akash will wheel yet another sabzi cart (thanks headoverheels) and win Payal back with a bribe of fresh baingan/eggplant.

Babuji will spasm some more. Buaji will take a fancy to prakash brothers.

Shyam will be out, KKG will be still visiting RM to now help Anjali.
LA - perhaps will stick around as window treatment for one of the large windows in RM

Let me ramble alone here.

My predictions for next few episodes (with tongue-in-cheek twists and turns)

1. LA is out, Shyam is out. All line clear. Enter ASR/KKG. Let the Olympic Games begin

2. Anjali will ramble on without realizing her effect on Shyam. Is this the road to his redemption?

3. LA will revert to her old self giving Naniji heartburn and second thoughts. Before the engagement even happens, Naniji will herself throw LA out of the house, stating indecent behavior. No harm done, no secrets revealed, LA leaves with her head held high.

4. LA becomes the Chief Operating Officer in the company called ASR-KKG-Love-Chakkar Enterprises. She will administer and officiate the wooing courting and grooming process of both ASR and KKG. She will remain best friends with KKG.

5. Laxmi will swallow Shyam's ring (he gave to KKG and KKG returned). She will upset her stomach.

6. Buaji will start looking for alternatives in earnest for KKG

7. Payash engagement will happen w/o LA/ASR engagement. No double jeopardy

8. Shyam will decide to put the KKG problem to rest once and for all. However, KKG will try to reform him. ASR will misunderstand the whole thing.

so much for now. let me give my thinking hat a rest.
