khalis is fine!took CAT wednsday..so free now..so im investing my time on ARHI reading posts and ffs..:)

btw @opti- i totally agree...no arnav la engagement track..though so far what we have seen of arnav hints that as soon as he knowsof khushi's engagement...he will storm in announce his engagement with la right then and there...but that would be as u said 'cutting ur nose to spite ur face'..not done!

since the cvs here are so unpredictable..im hoping they prove us wrong!:)

Remember Arnav is much like a Shakespearean hero...tragic with one great BIG flaw...excessive pride...inflamed with his FEAR of loss...so his natural instinct will be to run as far from Khusi as possible...straight into an engagement with La!!

Hence my words...

this was an excellent piece of writing... well balanced.. to the point... crisp ... just perfect !!!!!

👏 To me this scene showed that Khushi will always be there for the Raizada siblings, removing their hardships (as indicated by the chillies) whenever they are threatened by the storms of life. Their wealth (as indicated by the gold bangles) is not something that will interest or impress her. She cares for the two human beings and their emotions more than their material belongings. Another way to look at this scene is that in declining to hand over the bangles (which are meant for Arnav's bride) to Nani who, in turn, would be giving it to La, she has indirectly declined to hand over Arnav to La. Those bangles are meant to be given to her, not given by her to someone else.It is only a question of time when they will find their rightful owner.

as always opti dear i love ur post and ur symbolism bang on i loved the scene with the bro-sis was very touching and then later with kushi in the pool. when arnav said the sound of his mom's bangles gave him peace when she used 2 wear it . now when that is given to his wife (kushi) it will bring him the same kind of peace as well.😛

Looks like his family is quite blind to the changes they are seeing in Arnav. Anjali knows that Khushi is the only one who can handle Arnav and yet does not suspect anything yet. Hope you are right and the rest of the family also wake up soon.
