So this is my take on 9th and 10th november 2011
Highs:
Loved the scene when khushi is leaving and ASR looks and has that expression on his face as if he can't believe that its actually happening, khushi is leaving the house for good! He is unable to realise how much it affects him as he has always been so sure about being in total control that this new emotion leaves him clueless. This exactly is the reason why he has behaved like a brat, kind one moment (as if he is acting under the influence of some other force) and brash in the next (When he tries to control). Post payal scene, when he brazenly tells her not to have any false hopes that a rich man was carrying her payals, is portraying him as the person he professes to be, who rules his heart through his brain.Hence that was his defense mechanism coming to play as he couldn't believe that he lost control over his feelings!
I haven't watched the serial from the beginning, however, I have watched the scenes and then
watched a couple of promos...and from all that, what i can say is that his character has been well thought out and is being portrayed quite accurately. Especially the promo when he gets on the lift and khushi is there and then they both are shown looking at a picture and wishing "kaash..", is pretty clear about the traits of ASR. Something in his past has made him either lose his trust on love and affection or he thinks that it makes a person vulnerable, something he can take no more. But obviously fate has something else planned for him and he finds himself caring for khushi despite not wanting to. He goes after her to the mandir only to bandage her finger. Best part is that he talks so scruffily, reminds one of kids who try to hide their emotions and cover them up with rude behaviour. "Dont talk to me like that" and "Khushi stop fussing" 🤪cool dialogues!

Absolutely LOVED the flashbacks, all the right ones and fast like your whole life played for u in fast forward!
Finally a bit of self talk by ASR. I WANT MORE! I need to know what ASR is thinking!
"Ab mai yaad nai keroga..."like a kid he was telling himself not to think about khushi! He cant even share his feelings with anyone (too proud for that)
Precap: So the kabootri going in the very next episode...lets see how it turns out, I feel they could have let them be separate for a couple of days. but i am ready to go with what the Cvs have in mind, which reminds me
Dear CVs, there is definitely something is ASR's past, u better have a good story and u better share it with viewers coz we all are banking in on the fact that his past has made him the person he is today! be coherent in this area and dont leave it grey forever!
Do not portray him as totally wrong and Khushi as totally right.
