I hope too...I want to c her as a mentally strong woman, not someone who runs away from facing the truth! I liked her character before, but not now...not at the verge of hating...I hope CV's won't make me hate her!

Doesn't she ever wonder why her husband is always short of money when he seems to be working around the clock? Or does she think all is work his done for charity?

They seem to have no plans in leaving ASR's house. She never questions his activities and is satisfied with all the answers he gives. Trust is good but., trusting blindly ?

You are a minority, I agree and I am with you on this one.

Just because Anjali is always sweet and smiling, her traumatic past which is the same as Arnav's has been conveniently forgotten! Of course she is not going to do anything to rock the boat - of either her marriage or dig deep into the feelings of her brother.

She, unlike her brother, does not like to face her issues head-on. Arnav knew Khushi affected him, so he went and did something about it, with dramatic results, I might add! 😆

In Anjali's case, ignorance is really bliss!

I read somewhere that how is it possible that she does not know about Shyam's whereabouts or what he is up to. Why would she ask? Anjali has had ample instances of Shyam's weirdness. She is afraid to question them, because then she will have to do something about it. And it is this fear, along with the loss of her happy ending that is holding Anjali back.

I understand her and I don't blame her. Anjali and Arnav's past has a lot to answer for. It had better be a darned good one!

Yes, a lot is riding on the past. The CVs are letting people's emotions get totally heated up - frustration with Anjali, La, Garima, Payal, hatred against Shyam and Bua etc. I do hope they know where they are going with all this. Or are they as clueless as Anjali :)

Hey, I'm glad you brought this up cos it reminds me of a related incident that has been puzzling me. Remember when Shashi Babu went to the kachehri to check up on Shyam. That lawyer friend of Shyam said that there was hardly anyone around whom Shyam had not helped (or something to that effect). Since Shyam was taken aback to see Shashi Babu there, I am assuming he didnt set his friend up to say nice things about him. Or did he ? Or is he really a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde personality? That would definitely be more interesting than this one-dimensional maniac that he has turned into.

I think it is only his clients who do his dirty work for him so that their cases can be done without fee...and since he does them for free they gush over him and also none of the clients exactly know what dirty work they are doing ...so all his colleagues see is a clientele who is full of love for this cheap shyamu so they assume he is a super and helpful guy...🤢

You have a point. Yes, she appears to be equally or if not more messed up than Arnav. I think if Shyam's struth is revealed in bits and pieces, with Anjali still believing in her husband's innoncence then it is going to hit Arshi hard. She may not openly ask Arnav to leave Khushi but he will do so on his own. When she eventually finds out the whole truth about Shyam, she is going to be devasted and the only person who can help her then is Khushi. There is one image that has stuck in my mind and that is the scene where she trips and falls and her braces come lose. It is Khushi who helps her up and gets her back on her feet eventhough her entire family were close at hand. So when her brace (shyam) comes lose, it would be Khushi who will support her and make her believe in human kind again. This will win Arnav over for Khushi.

hmmm nice post..agree with ur points..but the main problem i have with anjli is that , she always used to sit and talk with arnav..trying to console him and understanding his problems by just reading his eyes,she used to tell him about the feelings of true love and changings in a person...but now she just keep on dancing on her own tune,why cant she feel changings in arnav..she doesn't even ask arnav that how u suddenly said "yes" to marriage..she doesn't even notice the rude and irritated behaviour of arnav when khushi left for 2 days from Rm...her character is the most strong character in my pov..but she is not behaving like "real" anjali this time..

Yes, it would be great if it worked out like that. Khushi's character has always "saved the day" be it at the Raizada household or the Guptas. But that (helping Anjali come to terms with the truth) will probably come much...later after a lot of ugliness and mistrust.
You know, I hope Arnav has Shyam investigated at least after this. If it is revealed that Shyam had other illiciit relationships, then Khushi cant possibly be blamed as the 'one who led him astray'!

You are right. I was watching old episodes the other day and I was struck by how different she was then - so positive and perceptive (she asked Arnav if he really loved La or was just doing this for his ego). Her character has really been given shoddy treatment in the recent episodes. As you say, hope the "real" Anjali returns!
