I know its a lame and stupid question but I really need help

How do I put pics in my post which are in my laptop?😕

Do I cut and paste ? coz I tried and I miserably failed.

Upload that pic to imgur.com and go through the process and at the end there will be a link for forums and paste that link here for you picture to show up.
