Same Story

Hey All,

I have been reading all your posts and most of you seem to think that the stiry of IPKKND is different and unpredictable, dont you feel that its the same old story, boy gets married to girl in order to take revenge and then falls for her, a hug misunderstanding occurs and marriage happens and then they fall in love, misunderstanding resolved and admission of love,
I wouldve been happier if the story like the show is unfolding would have been different, i wouldve liked to see something more... its sad that its the same story

These are just my thoughts everyone has a right to express theirs, please feel free to speak

I think even if the plot is similar (since its a love story, and most love storys are similar, they will have to show a boy and a girl falling in love)...the route is very different...i don't remember any serial where the leads have a similar pain of loosing their parents in their childhood...and who have developed totally different persona...and who clash because of their strong idealogies...yet somewhere they are connected, but are not ready to accept it...

Also, what i like about IPKKND is that they stick so much to the characters...in most of the situations...even if a character is changing..like for eg Arnav character is shown as melting a bit...but still its so subtle...

Also most of the time, little things that they mention is related to the story, somehow...u realize it later...how it holds importance in the whole scenario...like...Khushi complaining about the pooja thali being heavy before the teej pooja episode...there are so many such incidents...

I would take the liberty to compare it to Harry Potters series...where so many things are connected and intertwined in the later parts...that suddenly u realise something u had read bt in the previous book and how it is connected...and so on and so forth...

also i havent seen the goatwa chronicles in any other serial...thats a new one for me...😆

I hope I am making some sense here...and sorry for ranting so much...

i am sorry, but so far there has been NO marriage on the show dear, so i have no absolute clue about how you assumed a marriage and then said its a same plot 😆
talking of which, all love stories are the same, just the way you treat them is different and unique, in which case this is being differently treated and to my understanding, stood out so far..

Hey every story is never essentially original. All stories are influenced or take inspirations from others. What is different about IPK is, to quote geet, the EXECUTION. I'm pretty sure whatever the cvs do they will do it with an original style and flare.
Plus another thing I havnt witnessed on daily soaps in all my 25 years of existence us the chemistry between the two leads! That has me hooked mode than anything. They set the small screen on fire like Kajol and Shahrukh do the big parda!

U know wat, If u look into stories 95% of the shows...It will b the same...Only the chemistry n different execution makes it watch worthy...

I watch IPKKND only and I hav no complaints with it!
