I do not know how many noticed the two jars on the dining table in Buaji's house. As these jars are made of porcelain and were covered with cloth, I am presuming they are jars storing pickle. Now pickle is pungent. Given that there were two jars prominently displayed while Khushi's foster father was trying to take down the number on Shyam's cell phone, this is what struck me.

The two jars are the two big secret surrounding the Raizada household. The big jar could represent Shyam's secret of his double life because revealing of this secret is sure to rock Khushi's family big time. It is going to be as pungent as the pickle stored inside that jar. The precap only reaffirms my belief that the bigger jar refers to Shyam's secret because when Khushi's father was making the call to the Raizada household, the big jar was missing. This could signify that this secret may no longer be a secret at least to one member of Khushi's family.

The smaller jar to me represents the secret surrounding Arnav's tragic past. I dont foresee the revealing of this secret for some time to come for the pre cap scene did show the small jar still on the table as Khushi's father made the call. This jar, though small, could be storing pickle which is even more pungent than the larger jar as Arnav's past is going to have a greater impact on Khushi's life because his past is what has shaped him. It is important though for Khushi to taste this so as to soften the stone hearted man.

Disclaimer: I've no idea how the story will shape up in future. So the interpretation I've given here is purely a figment of my imagination stemming from what I've seen so far and what I anticipate.
