Tear stained eyes...A poem by Maris.

In timeless silence I watched in agony

Waiting for a moment to offer apology

Memories of past haunt me everyday

Never realised you too suffer till day

Anger and bitterness clouded my vision

Means and ends ruled my decision

Your laughter and joy earning my derison

Unaware that its destiny's collusion.

Your reasons and fears bared

Strikingly similar as I feared

My heart is touched and trembles

Soft molten feelings rumbles

Tear stained eyes beckons

For deep emotional heavens

Hithero unfelt and unknown feelings

Come,mend and soothe this yearnings

Look into my tear stained eyes

Can you see my love that cries?

Maris you just described exactly the way ASR feels. Written so beautifully and with such charm and romance. Yes Maris, I can see the love in ASR's eyes, crying 😳

Maris, 👏👏👏👏 magnificent. Simply outstanding. It can imagine the thoughts going through ASR's mind as I was reading your poem.

This part was my absolute favorite.

My heart is touched and trembles

Wow Maris, simply mind-blowing. Not to forget my two favorite lines above. Aww! Arnav, we can see you, come to us!!!😭 I wish you would write something on one emotion of Arnav's everyday 🤪 It has really made me happy to read something from you after such a long time. Thanks for taking out the time ;)

Thanz all.

Well when I saw this Pic posted by Anu, some thoughts just hit me, loud and clear. I never realised I could see the pain not only in the eyes but also in the heart, while watching the actual scene. So just scribbled a few lines and improvised on later the next day.

As most of you have pointed , it the last two lines that essentially brings out the feelings of Arnav towards Kushi.

BTW, it was mindblowing acting of this superlative actor that has made me write repeatedly about this show as well as the previous one of his.

Generally I am not a Serious Poem Person.. you know what i mean.. but this piece was really nice and heartfelt... loved it.. and Arnav's pic added more weightage to it 😉
